ProSet XT2
ProSet XT2 sets a new standard for tools for pneumatic fasteners. Designed specifically for setting a wide range of breakstem rivets, this tool supplies 8.9 kN of tensile force with an exceptional weight/force ratio of 7.18 kN / kg. The innovative ergonomic design ensures maximum comfort and efficiency.
ProSet XT2 positions fasteners measuring 3.0 and 3.2 mm (1/8 "), 4.0 mm (5/32"), 4.8 mm (3/16 ") and 5.0 mm in all materials, including high-strength stainless steel structural fasteners. ProSet XT2 will also position sealing caps measuring from between 4.0 to 7.0 mm with an additional head unit.
ProSet XT3
ProSet XT3 can be used in a variety of applications, setting a vast range of breakstem fasteners, locking bolts and high-pressure sealing caps. The extremely wide 26 mm stroke enables longer fasteners like Monobolt and Interlock to be positioned in a single blow. The innovative ergonomic design ensures maximum comfort and efficiency.
ProSet XT3 positions fasteners measuring between 4.0 mm (5/32 ") and 6.4 mm (1/4") in diameter in all materials. It also fixes clamping bolts measuring 4.8 (3/16 ") in diameter and high pressure sealing caps measuring up to 9.0 mm with an additional head unit.
ProSet XT4
ProSet XT4 is the most powerful tool in the ProSet family. At 23 kN, the XT4 provides the greatest tensile force in the range but weighs approximately just 2 kg. In addition to the structural breakstem fasteners, the great capacity of the XT4 also enables Avdelok, Maxlok and Avtainer bolts to be installed. The instrument has a rod of the ultra-high tension piston for maximum tool duration and hydraulic damping for regular operation. The innovative ergonomic design ensures maximum comfort and efficiency.
ProSet XT4 positions fasteners measuring 4.0 mm (5/32 ") to 6.4 mm (1/4") in diameter in all materials and also locking bolts measuring 4.8 (3/16 ") to 6.4 mm (1/4") in diameter and high-pressure sealing caps measuring 6.0 to 12.0 mm in diameter with a supplementary head unit.
